1. Aware

Transition phase    

  • Transition visits to home.
  • Transition visits to site.
  • Meet the staff.
  • Additional visits and support available if needed.

2. Think

Induction Phase

  • 2 week induction period.
  • Student needs assessments.
  • Mapping EHCP outcome targets.

3. Empower

Empowerment Phase

  • Learning experiences and life skills workshops.
  • Addressing the foundational needs of our students to reduce learning barriers.

4. Reclaim

Educating Phase

  • NCFE accredited qualifications in Maths and English.
  • Work experience and enrichment activities.

5. Maintain

Future phase

  • Transition visits.
  • Monthly check-ins up to 6 months after leaving.
