Our Northern Team are here to support you on your journey to reaching your goals at Really NEET, as well as your aspirations beyond the programme.
They are always there to encourage, mentor and support you.
The Change Programme offers you the chance to think about what you need from us to help you to achieve those goals and gain the tools that you will need along the way. Really NEET will give you some memorable and exciting experiences to help you to build on your confidence.

Key Information
Advice guidance & support
Each learner is matched with a key worker and includes targeted pastoral support. We offer career and further education guidance, support with work experience and volunteering opportunities.
Student facilities
We have onsite kitchens to support learners in making hot lunches on site and also provide lunch for our learners. There is always access to toast, cereal, fruit and other refreshments during the day. Each site has a designated sensory room for learners to use as needed. Sites also have additional activity areas including pool and video gaming.
Transport
We offer a home pick up and dropoff service to support our learners in minimising travel anxiety.
Breaking the cycle
Some of our young people may have faced exclusions in the past due to dysregulated moments. We understand that our young people may have had difficult experiences in the past, and we want you to know we are here to support you.

At Really NEET, you will meet new friends and the staff are very friendly. If you make mistakes, you don’t get judged, staff support and encourage you. The work here is easier because you get lots more support and the groups are smaller. Really NEET staff treat you more as an adult and not a little kid. Unlike school, I do actually like being here.
The best thing about Really NEET is the dedication of staff. They understand my life and support in what ways they can. They never give up on me, even when times are tough because they really care about me to reach my full potential and goals in my life.
Really NEET is a progressive and supportive college, with a focus on building positive and supportive relationships, the tutors are great at encouraging and promoting personal and educational growth. I hated art before I came to really NEET however when I was taught in a different and bespoke way I learned to love it.
