Our Process
Our process is designed to make your transition into Really NEET as smooth as possible.
Learning Options
Using our 9 step process we assess which learning format would suit each student based on their individual needs and requirements.
Group ready learner
- A learner who has engaged well during transition visits
- Demonstrated they would be likely to make through our course in a small group of other young people
- Supported by a lead tutor and support staff member
Onsite 1:1 Learner
- A learner who has engaged well during transition visits
- Demonstrated they would be likely to make through our course in a small group of other young people
- Supported by an allocated member of staff sat next to them in all lessons
1:1 Offsite Learner
- A learner who has struggled during transition visits
- Demonstrated they wouldn’t be likely to make it through our course in a group
- Would be fine working with a 1:1 staff member offsite
2:1 Offsite Learner
- A learner who has struggled during transition visits
- Demonstrated they wouldn’t be likely to make it through our course in a group
- Would be fine working on a 2:1 basis offsite
