4 | Work closely with tutors to upskill and develop their teaching abilities by modelling and sharing best practices, mentoring, and coaching. |
5 | Lead high-quality CPD programmes to support continuous teaching, learning, and assessment improvement. |
6 | Conduct lesson observations, provide constructive feedback, and support tutors to implement effective and creative teaching strategies. |
Administration | |
7 | Establish and maintain robust systems for tracking and monitoring student progress, attainment, and engagement |
8 | Use data to identify trends, gaps in learning, and areas for improvement |
9 | Implement strategies to improve student outcomes, ensuring each learner makes significant progress. |
10 | Manage all aspects of exam entries, ensuring compliance with awarding body requirements. |

- Responsible for the planning and delivery of Functional Skills Maths and English.
- To deliver and implement teaching and learning practices to raise student standards and progress
- To develop and deliver high quality teaching materials and schemes of learning that keep students engaged using creativity, differentiation and extension tasks
- Plan effectively to ensure pupils have the opportunity to meet their potential, taking account of the needs of pupils who are underachieving, those that are able and those that are excelling in Maths or English
- To meet the needs of pupils with Special Educational Needs and in collaboration with the SENCO to prepare, implement, monitor and review Individual Educational Packages.
- Deliver quality on-site youth work to help all our young people overcome multiple complex educational barriers.
- To provide a high-quality student experience that enables students to succeed beyond their expectations
- Promote Inclusion best practice and contribute to the aims and ethos of the college
- Working with students from Pre-Entry to Level 2
- Responsible for comprehensive marking and written and verbal feedback for students
- Working in conjunction with the Outstanding and Good criteria for OFSTED
- To participate in weekly group engagement activities such as bowling, nature walks, climbing, graffiti workshops etc to ensure you build a strong rapport with all students.

Who will I be impacting the lives of?

Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the uploading of learner documents on systems including CPOMS and HUBmis
- To assist in organization of student folders and documents on site
- Responsible for the filing of paperwork, archiving and storage of confidential documents
- Where necessary, placing orders for supplies, stationary, equipment etc for the programme
- Composing and sending letters and other means of communication to learners, parents and other agencies/professionals
- Registering learners for and ordering of exams through the exam boards eg. AQA, NCFE etc
- Assist in the uploading of invoices and receipts onto relevant banking app (Revolut) and recording spending on an Excel spreadsheet
- Liaising with National Business Administrator and Finance & Recruitment Manager about any book keeping and spending queries
- Where necessary, booking maintenance checks for the programmes. Eg boiler servicing, fire equipment checks etc
- Posting of job adverts in local area and organisations
- To attend meetings as scheduled
- To respond to emails/correspondence in a timely manner
- To assist Change Leader in admin tasks as and when required eg. Booking hotels, training, transport etc
- Whilst on site, to help create and maintain a safe environment for our young people where they feel confident to approach any member of staff if they have a worry or problem.
- To understand that safeguarding is a key responsibility of your role and that any safeguarding concerns must be passed on to the relevant staff member as set out in the companies Safeguarding and Child Protection Policy.
- To familiarise yourself with the companies Safeguarding and Child Protection Policy
- To work effectively as a key member of the Really NEET team, establishing and maintaining good relationships with colleagues, parents/carers, students and other professionals. Recognising that you are a representative of Really NEET and upholding the company ethos at all times.
- To meet the requirements of the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974
- To familiarise yourself with the Staff Handbook
- To undertake any training that the company deems necessary
